If the event you purchased ends and no inquiries received, Ticketbay will confirm the purchase in about 5~7 days.
If the ticket is delivered to an incorrect place due to miscellaneous address, you should forward the new address, return and resend cost of shipping to Ticketbay.

If the event ends before the reshipment and you are unable to use the ticket, the refund is impossible. Please be cautious when you buy your ticket.
